  • Degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting and/or similar areas (essential to have completed studies with no more than 2 years elapsed since completion)
  • Fluent in Portuguese and English (Spanish is a plus)
  • Proficient in MS Excel

Responsibilities

  • Executing administrative processes related to costs: manage and revision of Purchase Orders and invoices
  • Reviewing monthly financial information for the purpose of identifying potential budget/forecast variances
  • Preparing monthly/yearly closings and supporting the reporting team
  • Maintaining and improving the existing workflows through suggestions
  • Giving support during budget and forecast processes
  • Reviewing monthly Ad Sales revenue
  • Assisting in the Financial department's daily tasks
