Requirements

Degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting and/or similar areas (essential to have completed studies with no more than 2 years elapsed since completion)
Fluent in Portuguese and English (Spanish is a plus)
Proficient in MS Excel
Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
Proactive, dynamic, motivated, responsible, with strong attention to detail and teamwork skills
Interest in learning and fully committed to deliver the best in every task
Ability to drive multiple work-streams
Ability to complete tasks with tight timelines, both collaboratively and by self-managing

Responsibilities

Executing administrative processes related to costs: manage and revision of Purchase Orders and invoices
Reviewing monthly financial information for the purpose of identifying potential budget/forecast variances
Preparing monthly/yearly closings and supporting the reporting team
Maintaining and improving the existing workflows through suggestions
Giving support during budget and forecast processes
Reviewing monthly Ad Sales revenue
Assisting in the Financial department's daily tasks
