Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Work in three one-year placements to gain knowledge and experience in various areas of Finance, including potential areas such as Accounting and Planning, Programmes Finance, Cost Control, and Bids and Contract Evaluation
  • Collaborate with colleagues across the business, both nationally and internationally
  • Study for and complete the CIMA Professional Qualification (fully funded by the company) as part of the Level 7 Accountancy Professional Apprenticeship
  • Operate as part of a coordinated Finance team, applying standard methodology, financial controls, and processes
  • Challenge business areas, improve shareholder value, protect assets, and align with national and shareholder requirements
  • Develop as a business partner supporting value creation, sharing standard methodology, and delivering as one team across cultures and national boundaries
