Requirements

Candidates must be enrolled in their 3rd year of university studies in Accounting or Business Administration, possess an advanced level of English, and be proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, including basic functions. They should have a basic understanding of accounting principles or forecasting concepts, no more than 1 year of professional experience in accounting/finance, and a commitment to participate in the program for at least 12 months. This is an entry-level position.

Responsibilities

The Finance Development Program participant will support basic month-end close processes and journal entries using Oracle and OBIEE. They will prepare monthly reconciliations, assist with ad hoc requests for revenue/cost reporting and analysis, and create basic standardization and efficiencies across financial reporting and analysis models. Responsibilities also include supporting basic monthly end-to-end processes for the department, adhering to service level agreements and performance metrics, and creating desktop procedure documents for routine processes.
