Responsibilities

  • Ensure that all requests in Microsoft D365 Internal Work Request are processed accurately
  • Ensure that all manual and error bookings in Booking queue are cleared
  • Ensure Zero errors when performing Corrections, Amendments, Novation, Restructure, Buy-out and Extensions
  • Ensure adoption of Paperless Invoicing (PIP)/SendMe where applicable
  • Drive organizational and process efficiencies
  • Ensure 100% compliance of SOA when processing transactions – e.g. Corrections/Write-offs only processed after getting the required approvals as per SOA
  • Ensure Usage of correct charge types
  • Ensure correct usage of Tax rates
  • Ensure accuracy and timely processing of Direct Debit
  • Ensure that invoices are accurate and sent in timely manner
  • Uploading invoices into the Customer’s Portal where applicable
  • Adhere to Manual Invoice policy
