Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Computer Science, or related highly analytical field
Proven experience (3-5 years preferred) as an Anaplan Model Builder with a strong focus on large-scale Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) implementation and model maintenance
Anaplan Certified Model Builder (Level 2 or higher) is mandatory
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into scalable Anaplan solutions
Strong critical thinking and intellectual maturity to solve complex business and technical challenges
Experience with financial modeling, reporting, UX dashboards, enabling users, and supporting monthly processes
Expertise in designing, building, and maintaining Anaplan models, lists, modules, dashboards, and actions
Proficiency in modern BI tools for reports, dashboards, and analytics
Knowledge of best practices for Anaplan development, including model architecture, data integration, and system optimization
Experience integrating Anaplan with other systems and tools, leveraging expertise in cloud environments like Google Cloud
Strong attention to detail for data accuracy and model integrity
Ability to provide training, support, and documentation to end-users

Responsibilities

Apply strong critical thinking to solve complex business and technical challenges and translate requirements into scalable Anaplan solutions
Take end-to-end ownership of projects, independently driving execution and delivery to meet business objectives and deadlines
Lead and manage initiatives from strategic planning through final deployment
Design, build, and maintain robust, multi-dimensional Anaplan models for core financial processes, ensuring accuracy, scalability, and sustainability
Serve as the primary interface with key finance stakeholders to ensure solution alignment and adoption
Act as the Anaplan Operations Subject Matter Expert (SME), providing technical/application support, troubleshooting, optimizing models, and resolving operational issues
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Anaplan with other systems and tools
Design, create, refine, and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics using modern BI tools
Implement best practices for Anaplan development, data integration, and system optimization
Provide training and support to end-users to foster adoption and proficiency in Anaplan and BI tools
Create documentation for scalable, repeatable processes and knowledge transfer
Stay current with Anaplan, BI platform updates, and industry trends, proactively identifying enhancement opportunities
