The Finance Business Partner will play a pivotal role in driving financial strategy, supporting decision-making, and ensuring fiscal stewardship across the organization. As a key member of the Finance team, this individual partners with leadership across departments—including clinical, operational, and development teams—to align financial planning with the organization's mission, individual care goals, and grant-funded initiatives.

This role is ideal for someone who combines strong analytical skills with a collaborative mindset and a passion for advancing equitable, community-centered healthcare. Responsibilities

  • Analyze financial performance, trends, and variances to provide actionable insights.
  • Lead the annual budget planning process, rolling forecasts, and long-range financial modeling.
  • Develop and present regular financial reports, dashboards, and KPIs for leadership.
  • Provide scenario analysis and financial modeling to support new initiatives and investments.
  • Align financial strategy with organizational mission and participant care priorities.
  • Support grant and contract budgeting, including pre- and post-award financial management.
  • Evaluate the financial feasibility of initiatives such as new clinic openings and technology upgrades.
  • Collaborate with fundraising and development teams on financial planning and impact analysis.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, translating financial data into actionable insights.
  • Facilitate data-informed decision-making across operations, clinical, and executive teams.
  • Support business case development and ROI analysis for key organizational decisions.
  • Partner with revenue cycle, operations, and program teams to align financial goals with operational performance.
  • Ensure adherence to GAAP, nonprofit accounting standards, and healthcare regulations.
