Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, along with a minimum of 5 years of experience as a financial analyst or business partner, preferably within the nonprofit or healthcare sector. Strong analytical and financial modeling skills are essential, as is the ability to interpret complex financial data and translate it into actionable insights. Familiarity with nonprofit accounting standards, fund accounting, and GAAP is also required.

Responsibilities

The Finance Business Partner will analyze financial performance, trends, and variances to provide insights for strategic decisions, lead the annual budget planning process, develop financial reports and dashboards for stakeholders, support new initiatives and capital investments, align financial strategy with organizational mission and grant funding, evaluate financial feasibility of initiatives, collaborate with fundraising teams, and act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership. They will also facilitate data-informed decision-making across operations, clinical, and executive teams, and ensure adherence to accounting standards.
