Requirements

  • CIMA/ACCA foundation level student (or looking to commence studies)
  • Experience in a finance role or other relevant experience in a music/entertainment company
  • Highly organised

  • Strong Excel skills with experience of updating & preparing reports

Responsibilities

  • Digital/New Media Revenues: Update and maintain cashbook of receipts; Raise invoices, input and post journals as required; Preparation of SAP General Ledger reconciliations; Assist in standard and ad hoc analysis across all digital revenues and cashflows
  • Recording Costs: Coding of purchase orders and invoices using the in-house purchase order system; Creation and Maintenance of SAP projects; Input and posting journals to SAP General Ledger; Preparation of SAP General Ledger reconciliation; Assist in standard and ad hoc analysis of recording costs
  • Royalty Report Preparation: Preparation of standard suite of royalty reports using the in-house royalty systems; Preparation of ad hoc royalty and deal reports as required
  • Provide General Finance Assistance: Assist in testing and implementation of new system and process developments; Assist with the annual SOX compliance programme; Finance Dept Administration; General and Audit assistance as required
