  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Finance Shared Service Center
  • Debitorenbuchhaltung inkl. interne Verrechnung
  • Rechnungsprüfung, Versendung von Rechnungen, Bearbeiten von Saldenbestätigungen, Mahnwesen
  • Kreditorenbuchhaltung, Reklamationen, Informationsbereitstellung
  • Mitarbeit bei Monats- und Jahresabschlüssen insb. Rückstellungen zum Monatsabschluss
  • Unterstützung Jahresabschlusserstellung und -verteidigung, Steuererklärungen, Audits
  • Unterstützung bei sonstigen Buchhaltungsaufgaben im Werk
  • Kontenabstimmung
  • Einhaltung der SOX-Vorschriften
  • Bearbeitung / Meldung Statistiken bzw. diverse Erklärungen (bspw. Umsatzsteuer), Unterstützung bei Audits/Prüfungen
  • Unterstützung Abwicklung Zahlungsverkehr
  • Partielle Mitarbeit in Finance-Projekten
  • Kostencontrolling inkl. Abweichungsanalysen
