Responsibilities
- Overseeing the operation of automated processes that conduct daily and monthly accounting
- Identifying opportunities for improvement in existing processes and working collaboratively with software engineers and finance colleagues to implement them
- Developing an understanding of the existing finance technology stack and actively contributing to the related operations and improvements
- Owning controller activities for an allocated set of XTX entities, which includes ensuring a high degree of control and integrity in the accounting records and reporting
- Performing important periodic and ad-hoc analysis and modelling for key stakeholders, including the board of directors
- Proactively engaging with key stakeholders to deliver accurate accounting records, financial reporting, analysis and forecasts
- Primarily responsible for the finances of XTX Finland
