Requirements

  • Sociable, helpful and eager to provide excellent service to customers
  • Good eye for detail, ensuring customer records are kept up to date and accurate
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment, ensuring defined processes are followed
  • Excellent Excel, Word & Email skills
  • Keen to take responsibility for managing customer information in line with GDPR
  • Experience of working with computer systems
  • Bookkeeping experience (general ledger experience advantageous)
  • A team player who enjoys collaborating with team mates

Responsibilities

  • Processing customer loan documentation in accordance with standard operating processes
  • Supporting Customer Service colleagues with technical financial enquiries
  • Applying payments to customer loan accounts
  • Supporting Customer Financial Assistance teams with accounts in financial difficulties (e.g., freezing interest, changing repayment schedule, managing arrears)
  • Responding to technical financial queries from internal colleagues and other client teams
  • Completing regular General Ledger reconciliations (e.g., cash movement)
  • Liaising with client’s Finance team to provide trial balance and other required reconciliation data and reports
  • Achieving core Key Performance Indicators
