Requirements

  • Certificate of Higher Education (HNC) or Bachelor
  • Prior finance or sales administration experience is essential, with CRM knowledge (SFDC preferred)
  • Fluency in Spanish and English
  • Office Package knowledge
  • Effective team player
  • Ability to work with individuals at all levels within the organization and build remote relationships
  • Excellent organization and multi-task skills, works well under pressure
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and to resolve problems on non-routine matters
  • Deep knowledge of IQVIA products and processes

Responsibilities

  • Respond to requests from the business to process billing notification forms once a contract has been won by the commercial team
  • Ensure all paperwork and sign-off documents have been received and meet company requirements
  • Verify and control all the documentation needed to close the BNFs at Salesforce
  • Help business teams in setting up projects in IQVIA CRM
  • Work closely with the GFSS and Commercial Operations Team to provide status report of opportunities and pending workload
  • Challenge the current ways of working and provide alternative solutions to improve quality and efficiency of processes
  • Assist in ad-hoc operations tasks, if required
  • Cross collaborate with different teams
  • Support Salesforce – Billing Notifications Forms and ensure billing, contracts, and communications happen on time and according to company guidelines
