Requirements

Ability to perform filling operations safely, including cylinder connection/disconnection, valve manipulation, analysis, batch numbering, sticker application, and traceability documentation
Competence in controlling parameters, conducting tests, and checking physical data for optimized production quality and quantity
Skills in primary and secondary cylinder handling: unloading trucks, sorting cylinders, checking test dates and condition, positioning in buffer zones, picking for orders, loading trucks, and forklift operations for secondary distribution
Knowledge of routine maintenance for loaders
Compliance with HSE (Health, Safety, Environment) and Quality procedures, including lock-out, confined spaces, PPE usage, safety meetings, emergency response, and quality process adherence
Capability to fill operations books, enter production data, track events, report incidents, and study technical documentation (SOPs, P&IDs, PFDs)

Responsibilities

Perform filling operations according to plans, ensuring safe startup/stop, parameter oversight, and corrective actions
Handle primary and secondary cylinder operations, including unloading, sorting, buffering, picking, loading, and forklift activities
Ensure HSE and Quality compliance: follow safety procedures, use PPE, participate in safety meetings, act as first responder in emergencies, and maintain quality processes
Manage administrative tasks: enter daily production data, track events, complete incident reports, and study technical documentation
Participate in process improvements: detect improvements from incident analysis, identify risks, and propose changes for safety or productivity
