Candidates should possess proficiency in Figma for design work, experience with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive), and a background in marketing or familiarity with marketing strategies is a plus. Strong organizational and multitasking skills are required, along with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines, and excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
The Figma Designer & Personal Assistant will create and edit designs using Figma for marketing materials, social media, and presentations, assist in developing branding assets and promotional content, help with digital marketing tasks such as email campaigns and social media content, manage schedules, meetings, and communications, organize files and documents using MS Office and Google Workspace, assist in preparing reports, presentations, and spreadsheets, and coordinate with team members to ensure smooth workflow.
