Requirements

Candidates must have EU citizenship and a technical background through vocational training, technical school, or equivalent hands-on experience in mechanics, electronics, mechatronics, or robotics. Fluency in English is required, along with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences. Enthusiasm for frequent travel up to 80% to various field locations, including industrial and remote environments, and comfort adapting to different cultural contexts are essential. Experience with robotics is a bonus.

Responsibilities

The Field Technician will be responsible for setting up, configuring, and troubleshooting ANYmal robots in diverse environments, adapting quickly to varying customer needs and technical requirements. They will expand robot missions by adding inspection routes and points of interest, and work closely with Field Engineers and Customer Success Engineers. This role involves frequent travel, often on short notice, to customer sites worldwide, embracing diverse and sometimes challenging environments to deliver exceptional service. Responsibilities also include conducting basic operator introductions and safety briefings, collecting and communicating valuable insights from customer deployments to inform product development, and representing ANYbotics at events and exhibitions as needed.
