High School Diploma required. 8-10 years' experience
Excellent communication skills and ability to build trusting relationships with internal customers and suppliers
Good hands-on knowledge and experience of directional drilling
Experience leading, mentoring, and motivating teams in a technical environment
Experienced problem solver with a methodical approach to solving complex customer issues
Ability to work in a variety of environments including onshore facilities and customer locations
Willingness to gain industry experience and undergo product line training

Responsibilities

Managing projects to completion and communicating updates to internal and external customers
Providing instruction and supervision to junior field engineers on day-to-day wellsite work and activities
Communicating technical guidance and advice to customers and third-party wellsite colleagues
Analyzing and interpreting system information and data to provide effective resolution to complex problems at well sites
Ensuring work is verified to enable successful customer delivery and sign-off of agreed work objectives
Leading installation and maintenance activities
Working with customers to troubleshoot issues and ensure safe and compliant installations
