Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Reside within 30 miles of Central Indianapolis area
- Basic computer skills in Microsoft Office
- Strong customer service skills
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Ability to meet physical requirements including lifting up to 75 pounds and frequent driving
- Ability to work on-call hours at least once a month (rotational program)
- Regularly required to talk and hear
- Frequently required to stand, walk, use hands and fingers to handle or feel, and reach with hands and arms
- Occasionally required to sit, climb or balance, and stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl
- Specific vision abilities: close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus
- Entry level plumbing and electrical experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Lead the equipment service business for corporations in IN area
- Obtain expert knowledge from training teams on coffee machinery and equipment
- Provide best-in-class customer service to maximize customer satisfaction and retention
- Perform scheduled service on equipment including proactive maintenance, installations, machine removals, asset management, and emergency service requests
- Manage equipment inventories including quarterly warehouse inventory checks and ordering parts as needed
- Document proper procedures including electronic invoices, customer names and contact information, reported quality issues, and other related activities
- Drive and maintain a company vehicle
