Reside within 30 miles of Central Indianapolis area
Basic computer skills in Microsoft Office
Strong customer service skills
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Ability to meet physical requirements of the job, including lifting up to 75 pounds and driving on a frequent basis
Ability to work on-call hours at least once a month

Lead the equipment service business for corporations in the IN area
Obtain expert knowledge of coffee machinery and equipment
Provide best-in-class customer service to maximize customer satisfaction and retention
Perform scheduled service on equipment, including proactive maintenance, installations, machine removals, asset management, and emergency service requests
Manage equipment inventories, including quarterly warehouse inventory checks and ordering parts as needed
Document proper procedures, including electronic invoices, customer names and contact information, reported quality issues and other related activities
Drive and maintain a state-of-the-art company vehicle
