Responsibilities

The Field Service Engineer will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electronic, mechanical, and medical technical devices, serving as a point of contact for customers, coordinating service appointments, documenting equipment and systems, and assisting customers with repair or new procurement. They will also be responsible for the technical documentation and related documents (e.g., checklists, statistics, error protocols) and providing advice to customers regarding repairs or new acquisitions.
