Responsibilities

  • Perform on-site installation, repair, maintenance, qualification, and validation of Chromatography, Mass Spectrometry, Atomic Absorption, ICP-OES, and ICP-MS systems
  • Collaborate with other Service team members and Sales to deliver a client-focused experience
  • Apply customer management software for tracking service calls, managing parts inventories, and completing job tasks
  • Evaluate reports and documentation submitted by customers, and examine defective products
  • Evaluate review and examination results to identify the origin of the issue, and suggest maintenance, substitution, or alternative corrective measures
