Responsibilities

Perform on-site installation, repair, maintenance, qualification, and validation of Chromatography, Mass Spectrometry, Atomic Absorption, ICP-OES, and ICP-MS systems
Collaborate with other Service team members and Sales to deliver a client-focused experience
Apply customer management software for tracking service calls, managing parts inventories, and completing job tasks
Evaluate reports and documentation submitted by customers, and examine defective products
Evaluate review and examination results to identify the origin of the issue, and suggest maintenance, substitution, or alternative corrective measures
