Educational background in Electronics, Chemistry, Engineering, or a related field
Hands-on experience with analytical instruments (e.g., as a Field Engineer, Application Specialist, Scientist, or Laboratory Technician)
Working knowledge of ICP, ICP-MS, IC, or HPLC techniques (advantageous, but not essential)
Proficient in English; additional Nordic languages are a plus
Valid driver’s license
Customer focused with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Highly self-motivated and capable of working independently with strong organizational abilities
Willing and able to travel regularly across the Nordic region (typically 4–5 days per week, up to 50% annually), including overnight stays and extended trips

Responsibilities

Deliver professional fault finding, installation, preventive maintenance (PM), repair, and qualification services in a timely and customer-oriented manner
Provide premier technical support
Actively promote service contracts and related products
Ensure customer satisfaction through clear communication, professionalism, and proactive problem-solving, bringing up critical issues swiftly
Manage company assets effectively, including spare parts, tools, software, computer, phone, vehicle, and documentation
Coordinate work schedule efficiently with internal scheduling teams for optimal service planning and dispatching
Submit timely and accurate reports, such as Field Service and Expense Reports
Collaborate with the Sales team to identify opportunities, share customer insights, and support business growth
