Requirements

  • Field-based role covering Riverside, San Bernardino, Pomona, Corona, and Ontario, CA territories (including Orange County)
  • Ability to invest up to 50% time on-site with HCPs to assess education needs and facilitate collaboration
  • Expertise in reimbursement processes, including product coverage, prior authorizations, appeals, claims submissions, procedures, and coding for payer organizations (local, government, etc.)
  • People Leader in Market Access/Reimbursement function

Responsibilities

  • Educate HCPs and office staff on product coverage, prior authorizations, appeals, reimbursement processes, claims submissions, procedures, and coding requirements for core and launch Immunology Rheumatology products
  • Collaborate with field support team members (e.g., sales representatives, key account managers) as the reimbursement expert for the local team
  • Act with urgency to address critical access and affordability issues for patients
  • Partner with managed care colleagues to understand current policies and potential future changes
  • Conduct field-based reimbursement and access support, education, and creative problem-solving aligned to FRM Rules of Engagement
  • Build strong, trust-based relationships with customers in all assigned Immunology accounts
  • Manage territory logistics, routing, and account business plans
