Requirements

  • High-school diploma/GED
  • 2 years of experience in technical and/or sales roles in the oil and gas industry
  • Ability to work in the Central and Southern Michigan areas
  • Knowledgeable about water treatment systems or petrochemical unit processes
  • Solid understanding of emulsification, corrosion control, fouling control, and water treatment
  • Ability to work independently to troubleshoot and solve complex problems
  • Ability to perform basic field and lab service and communicate performance vs KPIs

Responsibilities

  • Ensuring all activities are carried out according to non-negotiables and cultural pillars
  • Collaborating with sales teams and customers for assigned area to understand activity forecast (volume and complexity)
  • Ensuring the team fully understands contracts/quotes for assigned job portfolio to harvest contracts and collect appropriately
  • Conducting sales, developing sales relationships with customers, and generating sales-related forecasts
  • Collecting field samples to follow up on customer inquiries and concerns
  • Writing recommendations and submitting quotes to customers
  • Developing team in line with competency and training programs for their positions and future career plans
  • Directing service delivery teams and operations support for flawless execution
  • Providing monitoring of treatment programs and systems
