Requirements

  • Experienced in project management, creating and refining operational processes, and customer service
  • Outgoing and sociable leader skilled at communicating professionally with partners, customers, and driver partners from diverse backgrounds
  • Willing to wear multiple hats and contribute to projects of all types
  • Fluent in English (additional languages a plus)
  • Based in the Fort Worth area and able to easily commute to operations
  • In-person position requiring presence in the field at least 4-5 days per week
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and adapting to changing conditions
  • Takes initiative and owns new projects
  • Bachelor's degree is a plus
  • Multi-site management experience is a plus
  • Experience managing (including scheduling) a team is a plus
  • Experience managing projects with multiple stakeholders is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Ensure operational excellence and an unbelievable customer experience
  • Manage driver supply to ensure appropriate number of vehicles in service to meet demand
  • Prioritize operational issues as real-time point of contact and implement creative solutions
  • Respond to driver feedback and live customer issues
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to scale operational processes, systems, and tools for rapid growth
  • Analyze and interpret metrics/KPIs to identify inefficiencies and optimize operations
