Driven executor with track record of end-to-end ownership of a book of business, hitting KPIs and revenue goals
Team-focused individual who takes ownership of work and pride in team's success
Experienced in project management, creating and refining operational processes, and customer service
Outgoing and sociable leader skilled at communicating professionally with partners, customers, and driver partners from diverse backgrounds
Willing to wear multiple hats and contribute to projects of all types
Fluent in English (additional languages a plus)
Based in the Fort Worth area and able to easily commute to operations
In-person position requiring presence in the field at least 4-5 days per week
Comfortable with ambiguity and adapting to changing conditions
Takes initiative and owns new projects
Bachelor's degree is a plus
Multi-site management experience is a plus
Experience managing (including scheduling) a team is a plus
Experience managing projects with multiple stakeholders is a plus

Responsibilities

Ensure operational excellence and an unbelievable customer experience
Manage driver supply to ensure appropriate number of vehicles in service to meet demand
Prioritize operational issues as real-time point of contact and implement creative solutions
Respond to driver feedback and live customer issues
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to scale operational processes, systems, and tools for rapid growth
Analyze and interpret metrics/KPIs to identify inefficiencies and optimize operations
