  • Ability to work remotely within the Electrophysiology division in the West Territory
  • Experience serving as a go-to resource for sales teams, assisting with customer segmentation/targeting
  • Ability to deliver marketing campaigns, measure success, and provide feedback to Product Management
  • Skilled in working independently and cohesively with multidisciplinary teams (e.g., Key Accounts, NACES)
  • Capable of training local teams on program launches for independent execution
  • Strong communication skills to act as the voice of US EP Marketing internally and externally
  • Ability to drive product marketing campaigns, conduct product overviews, and assess competencies

Responsibilities

  • Help achieve revenue, profit, and margin targets for the EP franchise in the United States and specific geography
  • Collaborate with commercial leaders and field personnel
  • Execute marketing campaigns tailored to specific geographical needs
  • Assist in content creation for marketing programs
  • Build and develop programs to drive product adoption, business, and revenue
  • Work with multidisciplinary teams to enhance and strengthen programs
  • Train local teams on program launches for continued execution and independent local programs
  • Champion National priorities as the voice of Abbott US EP Marketing within the geography
  • Drive product marketing campaigns to ensure product understanding, competency, and streamlined messaging
  • Partner with US Product Management by providing feedback on messaging, promotions, and limited market releases
  • Conduct product overviews for physicians and regional sales teams
  • Assess competencies on a local level and collaborate with Training and Education for full competency
