  • Experience with the implementation, enhancements, and aftercare of Refining Operations digital tools (preferred)
  • Proven ability to establish an action plan for self and others to complete work efficiently and on time by setting priorities, establishing timelines, and leveraging resources
  • Proven ability to convey information and ideas clearly and concisely to individuals or groups in an engaging manner that helps them understand and retain the message, listening actively to others and addressing their concerns

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the planning, execution, and hypercare of the ePermitting rollout for Refining at assigned sites
  • Oversee the four positions that comprise the multidiscipline ePermitting implementation team (OPS, Maint., ES&S, and IT)
  • Jointly with the Implementation Manager, coordinate ePermitting planning meetings at assigned sites well ahead of implementation, working with the site’s designated ePermitting Implementation Lead to ensure a cogent, realistic implementation plan is developed that the site can support
  • Oversee the progress tracking of each site’s implementation plan and report progress weekly
  • Coordinate application troubleshooting and the resolution of issues during site implementation and hypercare
  • Attend the readiness workshop for implementation teams ensuring readiness to assume responsibility for assigned role
  • Manage the staffing schedule for the Implementation Team managing time on-site, vacations, holidays, and days off
  • Serve as primary point of contact for the ePermitting implementation at assigned sites
  • Oversee site ePermitting Training Classes and the go-live support strategy at assigned sites
  • Obtain ePermitting application proficiency and serve as one of the Subject Matter Experts during training, go-live, and hypercare
