Requirements

  • Electrical/mechanical field service experience 1-2 years (for inexperienced candidates, basic knowledge of electricity/computer/networks)
  • Communication skills to logically explain incidents to customers
  • Ability to have own ideas for operational improvements, propose, and execute them
  • Skills to read manuals and perform inspections/repairs accurately
  • Ability to accurately escalate and resolve problems occurring at customer sites
  • Ordinary driver's license

Responsibilities

  • New installation and deployment of medical equipment (imaging diagnostic devices) in hospitals
  • Maintenance inspections, fault repairs for stable operation of customer equipment, and related billing tasks
  • Communicate with customers to improve, maintain, and enhance customer satisfaction
  • Appropriately escalate customer complaints to internal/external stakeholders to resolve issues
  • Actively discuss and implement improvements based on opportunities discovered through operations with internal stakeholders
