Requirements

The ideal candidate has held a position as Chief Information Security Officer (CISO), Director of Cyber Risk Management, or Director of Security Operations. They possess a demonstrated track record and experience in planning, developing, and executing an enterprise-wide cybersecurity strategy and program. Strong analytical skills for identifying challenges and providing innovative solutions are essential, as is the ability to seamlessly switch between high-level strategic discussions and detailed technical engagements. A deep understanding of IT infrastructure and cybersecurity solutions, including cloud, is required, along with operational experience.

Responsibilities

The Field CISO will guide clients and executives in building resilient, compliant, and future-ready IT strategies by shaping cyber resiliency programs, advising on emerging threats, and influencing products. Responsibilities include building positive relationships with senior executives, acting as the primary security advisor for multiple client stakeholders, developing cyber resiliency strategies aligned with business objectives, and providing expertise on regulatory obligations. The role also involves supporting internal enablement by helping build training materials and mentoring resources, developing content and presenting at industry events, authoring blog posts and white papers, engaging with customers, partners, analysts, and standards bodies, tracking industry trends, providing feedback to influence the product roadmap, and offering strategic support to the sales team.
