Requirements

  • Minimum combined experience of 9+ years in diagnostic laboratory field service with a Bachelor’s degree in Science or Medical Technology
  • Demonstrated project team leadership and/or supervisory experience
  • Diagnostics Laboratory Automation and/or Informatics Applications experience
  • Ability to travel 50% of the time, including overnight travel

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical and leadership skills development of direct reports, advancing quality and ensuring compliance to corporate policies and standards
  • Lead daily management activities to track, report and maintain implementation timelines and objectives in support of high quality execution of implementation processes that create reference level customers to drive product and revenue growth
  • Track and trend team KPIs, developing and deploying countermeasures to drive continuous improvement
  • Conduct periodic individual and team meetings to foster and facilitate direct report engagement, alignment, and ongoing associate development
  • Perform annual and mid-year associate performance reviews as per established review processes
  • Work collaboratively within the National leadership team to prioritize and deliver results on wider team objectives, initiatives, and deliverables
