Requirements

3+ years of experience as a system administrator
Must have or obtain 10+ hours of Fidelis training, current within the last 12 months (e.g., Udemy or self-paced training with a completion certificate)
Ability to analyze and respond to Fidelis system logs, security logs, and other events to troubleshoot appliance stack and network issues
Experience maintaining, engineering, deploying, and configuring Fidelis DLP & XPS appliances (DirectSensor 10G, Mail DLP, CommandPost) via iLO and direct connection
Experience with operating and maintaining Linux servers, including operating systems, applications, patching, and updates
Basic Linux server command line usage, including OS updates and upgrades via SSH
TS/SCI clearance with the ability to obtain a counter-intelligence polygraph
HS diploma or GED and 7+ years relevant experience, Associate’s degree and 5+ years relevant experience, or Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of relevant experience
Active DoD 8570.01-M Information Assurance Technician (IAT) Level II Certification (e.g., Security+ CE, CCNA-Security, GSEC, SSCP, CySA+, GICSP, or CND)
Ability to obtain a DoD 8570.01-M Cybersecurity Service Provider (CSSP) - Infrastructure Support (IS) certification (e.g., CEH, CySA+, GICSP, SSCP, CHFI, CFR, Cloud+, or CND) prior to start date

Responsibilities

Develop innovative solutions for secure and reliable enterprise computer systems
Perform systems administration of cyber tools and server systems
Provide support for day-to-day operations, monitoring, and problem resolution for client/server/storage/network devices
Install, configure, and manage operating system and application software
Support Linux & Windows systems engineering efforts in system design and evaluation
Troubleshoot Fidelis DLP & XPS appliance stack and network issues
Maintain and operate Linux servers, including OS updates and upgrades
