Responsibilities

クライアントからのフィードバック受領から完了まで、複数の翻訳・ローカライズプロジェクトを同時に管理する
クライアントと連携し、プロジェクトのパラメータと要件を評価・合意する
プロジェクト範囲を評価し、適切なベンダーを選定するとともに、納期を効果的に交渉する
世界中のフリーランスおよび社内ベンダーとの良好な関係を構築・維持する
割り当てられたプロジェクトの進捗状況を監視・管理し、問題を効果的に予測・防止する
プロジェクト財務を正確に完了する
プロジェクト文書と情報を準備・維持する
品質管理システムを理解し遵守する
関連するIQVIA手順書および標準業務手順書（SOP）を順守する
用語集やスタイルガイドを含む言語資産の維持を支援する
品質保証（QA）チェックを通じて全プロジェクトの高品質を維持する
社内のプロジェクト管理チーム、品質チームと連携し、IQVIA Language Solutionsの基準を満たすサービスの提供と、クライアントからのフィードバックの管理と調整を担当する
