Responsibilities

  • Offer Management: Ensure Merchant teams accurately enter all seasonal offers into DemandTec within designated timelines
  • Reporting & Analysis: Pull, analyze, and distribute detailed reports on seasonal offers
  • Seasonal Space Allocation: Own, maintain, and update the Seasonal Space Allocation to provide stores with clear guidance on seasonal product placement and merchandising priorities
  • Document Maintenance: Own, manage, and update Store Sales Planner documents to ensure accuracy, accessibility, and consistency across teams
  • Event Preparation: Own and lead the preparation and organization for CMO and ZSD Walks, ensuring all promotional and product information is complete and presentation-ready
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Merchandising, Space Planning, Visual Merchandising, Marketing, and other teams to align promotional planning efforts and improve communication flow
  • Training & Support: Assist in onboarding and training new SSC Associates on processes, systems, and promotional planning best practices
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline processes, enhance reporting tools, and improve overall promotional planning efficiency
  • Other Duties: Perform additional responsibilities as assigned to support the success of seasonal and promotional planning initiatives
