Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (minimum required; higher degree preferred)
Eight (8) years of related experience (8 or more years preferred)

Responsibilities

Achieve in all phases of the full product realization process, as it applies to role and region
Serve as a "go to" technical specialist, leader, and mentor within engineering discipline and/or cross-discipline leader and mentor for product development
Act as technical and/or project team lead, providing technical guidance, controlling scope, schedule, budget, and ensuring overall technical success on small to mid-size projects
Lead local continuous improvement activities associated with engineering discipline and/or project-level tools or processes
Provide customer service leadership in project technical discussions, and support/lead business development and proposal creation
Exemplify and hold team accountable to demonstrating Plexus Core Values; focus on evaluating potential, driving succession planning, and ensuring employee development and coaching (as applicable)
