Responsibilities

Litigate in housing court, including defending tenants in eviction proceedings
Represent tenants in administrative hearings
Bring affirmative litigation in state and federal court
Handle appeals at all levels
Perform community outreach and provide legal information, advice, and counsel in clinical and informal settings
Conduct trainings for advocates, tenant associations, community members, and community groups
Engage in cutting-edge litigation daily to prevent evictions and enforce tenant protections
