Requirements

  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Haustechnik (Heizung/Klima/Lüftung/Sanitär/Elektro)
  • Technisches Verständnis sowie Erfahrung in der Problembehandlung von Facility-Systemen (Gebäude-Leittechnik, Energie-Management usw.)
  • Handwerkliches und Organisationsgeschick
  • Serviceorientierung und eigenständige Arbeitsweise, inkl. Fähigkeit zur Priorisierung
  • Führerschein Klasse B wünschenswert
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, Englischkenntnisse wünschenswert

Responsibilities

  • Betreuung der haustechnischen Anlagen (z.B. Heizung, Kühlung, Druckluft, Sanitär, Brandmeldeanlage, Lüftung)
  • Feststellung des Wartungs- und Inspektionsbedarfs diverser Anlagen basierend auf technischen und gesetzlichen Vorgaben
  • Organisation und Kontrolle notwendiger Wartungsarbeiten inkl. Betreuung von Fremdfirmen
  • Unterstützung und eigenverantwortliche Umsetzung von kosteneffizienter Planung, Organisation und Kontrolle von Instandhaltungs- und Umweltmaßnahmen
  • Selbständige Durchführung kleiner Reparaturen und Montagearbeiten
  • Pflege und Monitoring von Instandhaltungsmaßnahmen sowie Datenerfassung in internen IT-Systemen, inkl. Unterstützung beim internen und externen Reporting
  • Bereitschaftsdienste für die hauseigene Einbruchs-, Haustechnik- und Brandmeldeanlage sowie Ansprechpartner für den Sicherheitsdienst auch außerhalb der Betriebszeiten
