Requirements
- 3 years of experience in maintenance (electrical, plumbing, carpentry, equipment repair)
- Hold a valid state-issued driver’s license for at least 3 years with a clean driving record and ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) report
- Eligible for a Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
- Hands-on maintenance experience, including in areas like electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and equipment repair
- Communicate clearly, respectfully, and professionally with both customers and team members
- Take ownership of their work and manage time effectively to meet deadlines
- Are adaptable, able to juggle multiple priorities, and use sound judgment to make decisions
- Thrive in a team environment and lead by example through servant leadership
- Preferred Requirements
- Completion of a 2-year Vocational or Technical trade program
- A License in a related trade in the city and/or state where the job is located
- Using intermediate-level functionality of word processing, spreadsheet, email, and presentation software (for example, Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on store facilities and equipment (including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, food equipment, and material handling systems)
- Ensure safety and functionality through regular maintenance practices
- Manage and complete work orders and maintenance documentation, both written and electronic (such as maintenance logs, expense vouchers, weekly reports, etc.)
- Diagnosing issues
- Performing preventative maintenance
- Developing maintenance schedules
- Helping train store teams on proper equipment care
