Requirements

  • 3 years of experience in maintenance (electrical, plumbing, carpentry, equipment repair)
  • Hold a valid state-issued driver’s license for at least 3 years with a clean driving record and ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) report
  • Eligible for a Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
  • Hands-on maintenance experience, including in areas like electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and equipment repair
  • Communicate clearly, respectfully, and professionally with both customers and team members
  • Take ownership of their work and manage time effectively to meet deadlines
  • Are adaptable, able to juggle multiple priorities, and use sound judgment to make decisions
  • Thrive in a team environment and lead by example through servant leadership
  • Preferred Requirements
  • Completion of a 2-year Vocational or Technical trade program
  • A License in a related trade in the city and/or state where the job is located
  • Using intermediate-level functionality of word processing, spreadsheet, email, and presentation software (for example, Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

Responsibilities

  • Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on store facilities and equipment (including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, food equipment, and material handling systems)
  • Ensure safety and functionality through regular maintenance practices
  • Manage and complete work orders and maintenance documentation, both written and electronic (such as maintenance logs, expense vouchers, weekly reports, etc.)
  • Diagnosing issues
  • Performing preventative maintenance
  • Developing maintenance schedules
  • Helping train store teams on proper equipment care
