Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Valid driver's license
Ability to be highly motivated and further develop skills and knowledge
Ability to operate equipment such as sweeper scrubbers, scissor, and boom lifts
Ability to use basic power equipment
Ability to work at heights up to 45’
Ability to operate mowers, trimmers, and other outside power equipment
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with all levels of the organization
Ability to work, contribute, and succeed in a team environment
Ability to work overtime and unexpected hours
Fork truck license (training available)
Knuckle boom and harness (training available)
Other equipment as needed (training available)
Must be able to work in a factory environment
Must be able to work in all weather conditions

Responsibilities

Daily 5S activities, such as shop floor sweep and scrub, maintaining an organized and clean safe work area, and any appropriate paperwork/check sheets
Perform painting inside and outside of the facility
Perform grounds maintenance such as mowing, trimming, basic landscaping, and building care, snow removal
Perform racking beam and upright repairs and replacements
Other duties as assigned
