Requirements

  • B.E/B.Tech (Mechanical/Electrical or related field) with 12-14 years of experience mandatory. M.S or M.Tech or MBA preferred
  • Minimum 8-10 years of experience in facility and maintenance management within a manufacturing environment
  • Familiarity with lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, and sustainability practices
  • Experience leading a small or medium size team for at least 5-6 years in maintenance or manufacturing setup
  • Experience in greenfield site development and commissioning or experience in line transfer projects from other countries
  • Willingness to travel – 20 to 30%, including international travel
  • Preferred: Experience with filtration technology equipment and systems maintenance
  • Preferred: Having a valid U.S. visa

Responsibilities

  • Lead maintenance activities ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance
  • Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs for equipment and utilities
  • Collaborate with engineering and production teams to support commissioning and ramp-up of new equipment
  • Oversee facility infrastructure including HVAC, electrical systems, water treatment, compressed air, and building services
  • Manage facility-related vendors and service contracts to ensure cost-effective and reliable operations
  • Lead infrastructure, equipment maintenance, and EHS functions at the manufacturing site
