Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance inspections to proactively identify, troubleshoot, and resolve advanced facility and equipment issues
  • Diagnose and repair complex problems with mechanical systems independently
  • Perform skilled trades work including carpentry, drywall repair, and minor construction projects to maintain and improve facilities
  • Install, calibrate, and maintain building systems and equipment to comply with codes, standards, and manufacturer specifications
  • Respond to service requests and work orders with minimal supervision, prioritizing activities to reduce operational disruptions
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, materials used, and compliance documentation
  • Monitor inventory of parts, tools, and supplies; coordinate procurement and manage usage
  • Collaborate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams to plan and execute complex repairs and upgrades
  • Provide training, technical guidance, and mentoring to less experienced maintenance technicians
