Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Ensure the site operates to achieve the business plan while protecting people and the environment
  • Lead execution of continuous improvement projects focused on safety, quality, cost, service, and innovation using lean principles and structured problem-solving methodologies
  • Work closely with P&G and non-P&G partners to ensure upkeep, maintenance, and functionality of the plant's facilities and equipment
  • Ensure the facility operates safely, efficiently, and in compliance with all relevant regulations, including overseeing maintenance, repairs, and improvements to machinery, building systems, and infrastructure
  • Implement programs and processes to minimize downtime, drive operational efficiencies, maintain regulatory compliance, and manage relationships with local authorities and community leaders
  • Drive culture change initiatives to create a world-class manufacturing environment fostering collaboration, innovation, and creativity among employees and external partners
  • Ensure the site meets or exceeds its operating budget, contributes to company profitability, and monitors key performance indicators related to safety, production, costs, inventory, quality, customer satisfaction, and delivery
  • Collaborate with the procurement team to optimize the supply chain and support the site’s needs
  • Lead technical capabilities of the site, including architectural, civil, electrical, structural, thermal systems, utilities, and validation; partner with engineering teams to improve reliability, efficiency, and sustainability
  • Embed safety and quality practices into all operations; lead investigations into incidents, implement corrective action plans, monitor effectiveness, and ensure compliance with health, safety regulations, and internal standards
  • Drive sustainability efforts to reduce environmental impact and carbon footprint, including opportunities for energy conservation, waste reduction, and water conservation
