Requirements

Knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance systems
Ability to manage equipment records (additions, transfers)
Skills in programming weekly maintenance schedules for technicians
Experience with purchase order tracking in systems
Proficiency in generating compliance reports and trend graphs for maintenance
Understanding of EHS guidelines, procedures, Mexican official standards (NOM), and use of personal protective equipment (PPE) per NOM-017
Capability to coordinate cleaning activities (internal/external buildings and clean rooms)
Experience in pest control activity follow-up
Participation in quality system compliance, including NCR/CAPA investigations as owner
Knowledge to ensure and maintain wastewater treatment plant functionality

Responsibilities

Act as responsible for the preventive and corrective maintenance system: equipment additions, transfers, maintenance plans, closing preventive and corrective maintenances, administer tag system
Ensure compliance with technical personnel training
Perform weekly maintenance programming for technicians
Follow up on purchase orders in the system
Generate information on compliance of the preventive and corrective maintenance system
Daily manage compliance of preventive maintenances on time
Administer control of maintenance area documentation
Generate trend graphs of corrective maintenances by area, equipment, and root cause, and share with areas of interest
Generate compliance graphs for preventive maintenances and share with areas of interest
Administer maintenance TIERs
Apply and follow EHS guidelines according to established procedures, standards, and Mexican official norms
Use assigned personal protective equipment (PPE) according to NOM-017
Coordinate cleaning area (internal/external building and clean room)
Follow up on pest control activities
Support quality system compliance by participating in investigations as owner, ensuring NCR/CAPA follow-up activities are executed, completed, and documented correctly
Ensure and maintain the functioning of the wastewater treatment plant
