Requirements

  • Minimum two years' experience in reception, office administration, events, facilities support or other transferable experience, including working directly with vendors
  • Minimum two years' experience in office productivity applications
  • Experience with basic IT issues and working with IT or desk-side services
  • Onsite presence five days a week in Seattle, WA

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate and provide logistical support for Remitly Seattle's onsite events while ensuring compliance with all office policies and procedures
  • Be the primary contact for event organizers and caterers
  • Coordinate with security, property management, and the loading dock master to facilitate building and suite access
  • Welcome and assist local and visiting employees, vendors, guests, and candidates
  • Maintain the functionality and cleanliness of reception, kitchen, meeting rooms, and collaboration areas
  • Maintain and manage office supply inventory, ensuring all areas are well stocked and supplies are replenished in a timely manner
  • Receive and distribute mail, packages, and deliveries; coordinate outbound shipping, including international
  • Manage access badges and ID cards for employees and visitors
