Responsibilities

カフェリーダーと協力し、カフェおよび会社のすべての事柄に自発的に取り組み、推進する
カフェリーダーをサポートし、チームのトレーニング、開発、コーチングを行う
すべてのトレーニング、学習、および開発アクションを管理する
カフェリーダーとパートナーシップを組み、包括的で魅力的なカフェ環境を構築する
ゲストのクレームに効果的に対処し、カフェリーダーに報告する
時間帯責任者の模範となり、コーチをする
カフェリーダーと定期的に1:1を設定し、カフェのスタンダードとビジネスゴールを確認する
包括的なチームワーク、コミュニケーション、タスクの完了を継続的に改善し、すべてのチームメンバーが役割と責任を理解し果たすようにする
ブルーボトルのガイディングプリンシパル（行動規範）の模範となり、それを維持する
毎日のシフトスケジュールを管理する
