A strong understanding of UK and EU export control regulations, sanctions, and technology transfer controls is essential. Experience with Oracle Global Trade Management (GTM) and data analytics is preferred.
The Export Compliance Program Manager will lead EMEA export compliance initiatives, manage UK and EU export licenses, and monitor evolving regulations and sanctions. Responsibilities include implementing trade compliance controls, managing diversion risk, supporting export classification and audit processes, and enhancing End User/End Use controls. The role also involves developing reporting strategies, supporting AI tools for compliance, managing the Deemed Export Program, and improving Oracle GTM functionality.
