Requirements
- At least 6 years of experience
- Bac+5 degree from an engineering school, university, or equivalent curriculum
- Mastery of the Scrum Guide, including practical application as a developer or PO
- Mastery of Scrum artifacts, events, and roles
- Ability to coach Scrum roles and product management (tools)
- Ability to coach the organization and stakeholders
- Ability to establish trust-based relationships with all project participants
Responsibilities
- Accompany teams, individuals, and the organization towards greater agility and value through ecosystem evolution
- Observe, analyze, and propose improvement levers (organizational, relational, product)
- Train, facilitate, and coach: workshops, mentoring, training, ceremonies
- Improve discovery and delivery, i.e., agile team performance
- Intervene on short or long missions in varied contexts, from simple Scrum to scaled agility (SAFe, Spotify, Nexus, Scrum@Scale)
- Share experiences (internal conferences, mentoring, supervision groups, community animation)
- Promote Talan's image through articles, conferences, or agile events
- Animate or co-animate agile trainings (Scrum, Kanban)
- Contribute to business development: offer packaging & client pitching, participation in tender responses
- Participate in recruitment
