Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of professional experience as a data analyst and in project management areas using various methodologies
  • Ability to verify and analyze project data and prepare reports, summaries, and presentations for stakeholders
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to define conclusions and recommendations based on processed challenges and goals
  • Extensive experience using tools like JIRA (including JQL knowledge), Confluence, SharePoint, MS Excel (macros/VBA/Power Query), MS Project, MS Office suite
  • Communication and creativity in approaching assigned tasks
  • Knowledge of change management methodologies (Agile, PMBOK, PRINCE)
  • Higher education, preferably in economics, banking, management, or related fields
  • English language proficiency at least B2+

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and report on the portfolio of key changes in various process contexts (e.g., financial, control, implementation) both within the Bank and to the Group
  • Integrate data from various sources in different formats
  • Support the analytical and developmental tools used for change management and collaborate with beneficiaries of the applied applications and systems
  • Participate in the implementation of selected development processes managed by the PMO team
  • Collaborate with project managers and other units participating in the project process
  • Participate in works related to creating and improving project management processes
