Requirements

Candidates should possess an advanced degree in a quantitative field such as Machine Learning, Data Science, or Computer Science, or equivalent professional experience, along with 7+ years of work experience in a quantitative field utilizing cloud computing services like AWS, Google Cloud Platform, Snowflake, or Databricks. The ability to extract user requirements from context and conversations, distill technical knowledge for broad audiences, and proactively identify inefficiencies is required. Visionary thinking to expand business opportunities is also necessary.

Responsibilities

The Sr. Data Scientist will collaborate with team members to understand desired outcomes and project context, analyze data to gain a comprehensive understanding of captured information, discover new data sources and create input features, develop machine learning algorithms for challenging business questions, and communicate analytical results to team members. They will also contribute to the end-to-end delivery of ML projects, including model training, validation, and deployment to applications.
