Experience with data visualization tools and databases is necessary, coupled with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. Strong communication skills are needed to translate complex data into actionable insights.
As the first Data Scientist at Hang, you will analyze complex data sets to uncover trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions. You will develop and implement statistical models and machine learning algorithms to predict customer behaviors and enhance platform capabilities. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support data-driven decisions and strategy development will be a key part of your role. You will also create clear and compelling visualizations to communicate findings to stakeholders and contribute to the development of data collection strategies to optimize statistical efficiency and data quality.
