Requirements
- Completed master’s or bachelor’s degree
- 3+ years of SAP experience across various functional areas
- 3+ years as a Project Manager
- Experience in a consulting environment and with project management methodologies such as Waterfall and Agile
- Hands-on experience with SAP modules; S/4HANA experience is a plus
- Strong leadership skills, with a track record of leading teams in projects and organizations
- Proven ability to manage client interactions, primarily in client-facing roles
- Understanding of end-to-end business processes, best practices, and industry trends
- Core consulting skills (advisory, strategy, presentation)
- Experience in large-scale SAP transformation and implementation projects (valued)
- Industry knowledge and subject matter expertise (valued)
- Strategic mindset, strong customer focus, and experience with SAP solutions and digital transformation technologies, such as SAP S/4HANA Cloud
- Deep understanding of customer needs, business processes, and organizational challenges
- Thrive in an international environment, broad experience, eager to learn, and work well in teams
Responsibilities
- Drive SAP-enabled business transformation for global enterprises and local Nordic companies
- Involvement in major SAP projects, working closely with clients to shape solutions from roadmap to post-go-live support
- Define scope, planning, and ensure successful delivery of projects
- Provide business insights, manage stakeholders, improve processes, identify needs and translate them to technical requirements
- Guide leaders through digital transformation
- Collaborate with onshore and offshore colleagues as part of a global team to enhance people skills
- Lead team in delivering adapted solutions within budget and on time, leveraging SAP expertise
- Build strong client relationships to create value and drive long-term business growth
- Drive business development with new clients
- Foster knowledge and talent growth by applying expertise
