Requirements

3–6 years of experience in consulting, banking, insurance, or corporate strategy roles
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - able to structure both ambiguous and operational problems
Experience contributing to change initiatives or strategic analyses
Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
Master’s degree with an excellent academic record
Proficiency in Swedish and English (Swedish fluency is preferred for this role)
Experience within P&C insurance and/or financing/loan products and distribution in retail banking is meriting
Team spirit combined with analytical rigor, enjoyment of taking initiative, solving problems collaboratively, and creating value for clients

Responsibilities

Help leading Nordic banks and insurers tackle strategic and transformation challenges
Work across the full change lifecycle - from strategy development to transformation delivery
Solve challenges such as strategic focus (corporate strategy and growth opportunities, operating model design, strategic cost management and efficiency improvement, buy vs. build assessments)
Solve challenges such as transformation focus (designing and delivering change programs, value management and realization, platform and solution validation, business process optimization and digital enablement)
Collaborate across Accenture and client teams, navigating complex organizations and connecting competencies to drive impact
