Requirements
Candidates should possess 1-3 years of experience designing amazing mobile products/experiences within an agile development environment, experience working with design systems and style guides, a portfolio demonstrating modern design work, knowledge of Figma and other design tools, and a Bachelor’s degree in Design, Information Architecture, HCI, or equivalent project/portfolio experience. They should also demonstrate a design thinking mindset and comprehension of human-centered design principles, along with the ability to break down complex problems and transform them into intuitive and accessible experiences.
Responsibilities
The Experience Designer will actively collaborate with various stakeholders including Design Leads, Product Managers, User Researchers, QA Specialists, and Content Strategists to understand business objectives and needs, leverage data to inform design decisions, create high-quality UX deliverables such as annotated wireframes, storyboards, mockups, and prototypes, champion the design system and style guide, and push beyond the status quo by solving problems using Design Thinking and available UX Methodologies.
