Candidates must possess a Master's level education (EQF Level 7) or a Bachelor's degree with 4 years of deducted experience. Required certifications include Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO), or SAFe Product Owner. Mandatory expertise includes experience with large, enterprise-level multi-user Information Systems and Agile methodologies. Essential skills encompass a very good knowledge of Agile and SCRUM, the ability to give business and technical presentations, apply high quality standards, communicate effectively with diverse audiences, analyze and solve problems, write clear technical documents, participate in technical meetings, integrate into international/multicultural environments, and work independently and in teams. Fluency in French and English (B2 level) is an advantage. A high degree of discretion and integrity is required.
The Exper Product Owner will act as the final authority for product decisions, including priority, business value, and functionality, within the agile process. They will interact with and validate requirements with the business, propose solutions by combining IT tools and business process improvements, and create, maintain, prioritize, and sequence the product backlog based on business value or ROI. Responsibilities also include participating in retrospectives, sprint and release planning, demos, and other Scrum meetings, as well as facilitating the acceptance of the product by the business.
